IBVF - Instituto de Bateria
Vera Figueiredo was founded by the drummer
Vera Figueiredo in 1992 and since then, has being responsible
by guiding drummers towards a professional career and by the production of
some events like the Batuka! International Drum Fest.
With a wide spread
view on the musical learning process, as well as a concern of promoting
the Brazilian culture and a cultural interchange, the IBVF believes in a
mix of information with innovation but without jeopardizing its high
standards of teaching as well as the accomplishment of its projects.
